The more I listen to this CD the better it gets. I�ve had the opportunity to see An Arrow In Flight a few times and I could never make a judgment on whether or not I liked them but this release has definitely helped me make that decision. The most notable aspect about Filling the Sky is that it is really easy to listen to because all of the songs flow together beautifully. For AAIF, think Yaphett Koto meets Hot Cross. I think that is the best way I can describe their music. It is hard and messy yet melodic and creative. Their lyrics and intentions are very politically based. From searching through their websites and lyrics, it becomes obvious that AAIF not only write songs about what they believe, but also focus their lives to support what they believe. I have meet very few people who do that and I think it is a very honorable characteristic of the individuals and of the band. For fans of Yaphett Koto, Hot Cross, End on End.
