What are your names and what instruments do you play? Bedford Nelson – Keys & Vocals Marc Gould aka Bedford Nelson, wrote the whole album while living in an Apartment on the Corner of Bedford and Grove in New York. All in all, it’s a hip name, it’s unique and the logo came easy. |

What band has the most influence on your song writing and why?
Anything in that moment of inspiration. It could be a conversation, song, movie or a situation, which provokes spontaneous emotion to come surging outward. This inspires my[Marc’s] writing.
In the next 5 yrs where do you each see the band going?
Continuing to Make records, Licensing, Touring, and loving every minute of it.
If you could open up for any band right now, which would it be?
Maroon 5, Amy Winehouse, Elton John
How do you describe your sound?
It’s definitely music from the soul, it has got a very fresh pop flare, and its known to get funky and swings like jazz. All in all it’s very danceable.
Is there anything that you would like to change about the local San Diego music scene?
No pay to play bullshit, many venues and talent buyers here don’t treat bands well. They must understand, there is a lot of talent here in SD and without music they have no business... However on a lighter note, I must say the local media is great, local radio stations, newspapers, and websites like FM 94.9, the Reader, SD City Beat, and SDP (just to name a few) really help bands out; now we gotta change it so venues appreciate what we do and respect us, musicians.
Any big news items that are on the horizon?
Lots of Really good shows!!!
What is the biggest thing about the band that you want to improve?
Our harmonies, Stage presence and Organization.
Any last words?
We Can Make a New World! One That Will Grab Your Deepest Fantasies And Splatter Them Right In Front Of You....Buckets Of Paint Against A White Wall Will Be The
