Brian: They should listen to us if they like us.
SDP: How long has Lights and Sirens been a band for?
Brian: About a year and a half.

SDP: Where did you get your name from?
Brian: Brainstorms.
SDP: What makes Lights and Sirens different from every
other band out there?
Brian: We combine technical playing with well thought-out
song riding and do
not limit ourselves based on popularity or musical genres.
SDP: Is there any message you try to get across through your
music?
Brian: We want to take people on journey's to places they
have never been.
SDP: What bands, people, books, etc. have had the biggest
influence on your band?
Brian: There is an endless amount of ever evolving influences,
but I'll try to
pinpoint the main ones... Pink Floyd, Squarepusher, Led Zepplin,
the
Mars Volta, Mahavashinu Orchestra, Yes, the Flaming Lips,
Santana, Jimi
Hendrix, Magma, Dillinger Escape Plan, De Facto, the Scientist,
etc.
SDP: What about Lights and Sirens are you most proud of?
Brian: How much we have accomplished as musicians and as a
band in the
short amount of time we have been together.
SDP: What is the biggest thing about Lights and Sirens
you want to improve?
Brian: Our current recordings.
