The following is a photo journey through the first two weeks of the Scribble/Underminded tour. It takes you through San Francisco, Eugene, Portland, Boise, and Twin Falls. A big thanks goes out to both bands for allowing us to tag along and document it.

The first show was at Mission Records in San Francisco. It was a small, indie record store that had a tiny stage in the back, a pretty cool place if you ask me. Scribble played that night with Page 99, Majority Rule, Creation is Cruxifiction, and some other great bands, all in all a good show.

We spent a lot of time hanging out on the streets of SF with nothing to do, here Corey was the lucky one who got to use the guitar...

The second night in SF the show was cancelled, so instead of just hanging out on the streets, Donny and Corey covered an Elvis song at some open mic bar...

Driving from SF to Eugene, Oregon, we got bad directions and winded up on the 101 instead of the 5. We had to cross over some mountains to get to the 5 from the 101, on the way over the van overheated. After waiting for 30 minutes for the van to cool down, we started again, but took off the engine cover to keep it cooler so it wouldn't overheat while we were still going up the mountain. As we drove off, it felt like over 100 degrees outside and 120 inside the van, stuff started falling in the engine, and as Donny reached over to grab the stuff out, he ran into the side of the mountain: flat tire.

Needless to say the whole thing was very frustrating. The jack was to short to change the tire, so we had to take the cash box, stuff it with rocks, and use that as a prop so the jack could stretch long enough. The 8 hour drive to Oregon wound up being about 14 (including a two hour stop).

Mike was doing some extreme biking at the Skatepark in Boise.

Underminded playing in Twin Falls, Idaho at Otto's. That night the guys played with some great bands including Witness Protection Program, Onelinedrawing, Examination of The..., the CafFiends, Blackjack, and more.

Underminded scored some free bottle rockets the night before at the show, we went crazy with them the next day in the parking lot.
